Notes
We do not take requests, nor will we work in exchange for gift cards, bank transfers, digital currencies (including things like in-game currencies), Discord Nitro, etc.
Commissions are first come first serve. They will be closed upon all 10 slots being filled.
We do not allow recreations, extreme inspiration, or full tutorials of our carrds. Light inspiration is ok! (This does not apply to carrds based on commercial properties.)

General Terms
By commissioning us, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any clients for whatever reason.
When requesting any number of changes to the Carrd during the creation process, please send all of them in a single, organized email. Larger changes may incur a fee.
We are not a very experienced coder, and are in the process of learning. We will not make Carrds that include coding for this reason.
We have Carrd's Pro Standard Plan. Please keep this in mind when commissioning us, as certain features are not available to us, and your ideas may have to be compromised! If we are not confident we can properly execute your ideas/our Pro Plan will not allow it, we will first discuss possible compromises with you. If none fit your standards, we may reject your commission. Please respect our decision.
Our estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks depending on your placement in our queue. Your placement is determined by who send in a commission first.
We work on commissions Monday through Friday each week. Our timezone is UTC-6.
After payment, If you are unresponsive without warning after 4 days, your queue slot will be forfeited, and your Carrd will be deleted without refund.
Please have an idea of what you want before commissioning us. Unfortunately, we cannot work with you if you don't know what you want.
Please be highly descriptive for what you want regarding Carrd layout, details, and features, and send many reference images. However, please remain organized in doing so. Don't be vague. We can't read minds!
Payment/refund terms
We only accept payments through Paypal.
All prices are listed in USD. If your currency differs, please convert prices accordingly!
If payment is not made within 48 hours of us requesting it, your spot in our queue will be forfeited.
Once the layout, details and features of your Carrd have been established, we will request payment up front, and will not start work on your Carrd without it.
Clients may request a full refund if the initial draft of the first page is not to their liking. Once you give confirmation for us to continue our work, refunds will no longer be available for the remainder of the creation process.
If a refund is issued, you will not receive the Carrd and it will be deleted.
If you would like to cancel the commission after the refund window has closed, the Carrd will be deleted and you will not receive a refund.
Usage terms
We reserve the right to upload any commissioned Carrds to our portfolio/socials. Only the version of the Carrd with filler text will be posted to our platforms.
If you wish for us to add elements to your Carrd of properties made by other artists, you must have explicit permission from the artist that they allow their work to be used in that specific way.
Clients may not remove any watermarks we place on their Carrd (@snakes.and.strangers), resell/transfer the Carrd to another person, or claim our work as their own.
Please ensure you have explicit permission to use any assets you request us to add to the Carrd, or that they are free to use.

Pricing
- Carrds are priced based on number of pages and other fees. Each page is individually priced at $6 USD. For example: a one page Carrd would be $8 (not including extra fees), while a 4 page Carrd would be $24 USD (not including extra fees).- Permission to use your Carrd commercially incurs a fee of +4 USD.- Requests for large scale changes to your Carrd during the creation process incurs a fee of +$6-12 USD.- Requests for additional pages to be added during the creation process incur a fee of +$6 USD.

How to Order
First and foremost, please ensure you have thoroughly read our T.O.S. before continuing with the commissioning process! Remember: by commissioning us, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of our terms and conditions.Once you have read this page and the rest of our site in full, please refer to this form to submit your commission, filling out the questions using this page as reference.Once you have submitted your response to our form, we will shoot you an email as soon as possible letting you know if we will be taking on your commission or not! Remember: slots are filled on a first come first serve basis.We have 10 slots available upon each initial opening of our comissions. Once all slots have been filled, our commissions will be closed until either A) a slot is forfeited, or B) we finish all commissioned Carrds.The finished Carrd will be transferred to your account upon completion. We will not host your Carrd on our own Carrd account, so please ensure you have an account of your own to which we can transfer the commissioned Carrd.For clients with Carrd's Pro Lite/Standard/Plus plans, please do not add us as an editor to your Carrd after transferal has already been completed. We will not work for free. We are happy to assist you in editing your Carrd through communication after transferal, however! If requested, verbal assistance will also be given to clients with Carrd's Free plan!
Aesthetic
- Aesthetic refers to the colors, vibe, theme, and motifs of a given Carrd.- E.g. A client may request a Carrd with navy-blue and black for colors, a theme based on rainstorms, a dark and dreary vibe, and cloud and lightning motifs.- We require you to be highly descriptive and to provide plenty of reference images for the aesthetics of your Carrd, as we cannot efficiently work off of description alone!
Layout
- Layout refers to the formatting and placement of elements in the Carrd.- Layout goes hand in hand with site aesthetics: please be highly descriptive, and provide plenty of reference images of what you would like. You may also sketch a rough outline for you website as reference, but please make sure the sketch is legible and organized!- Carrds will be optimized for mobile, but we cannot guarantee how your Carrd will appear on every device. The mobile optimize feature of Carrd can only do so much.
Pages & Carrd plan
- Clients with Carrd's Free plan should be aware there's a 50 element limit per site. Most Free plan Carrds will cap at 3-4 pages, and some ideas you have for your Carrd may have to be compromised, or sacrificed entirely due to this fact. Please understand!
Text
- If you would like us to insert your text into your Carrd for you, please let us know upon receiving our update containing filler text, otherwise upon your Carrd's completion, the site will be transferred to you with our default filler text, and you will have to edit the text to your specifications on your own.- Please provide us with a Carrd domain, name, and description.
